TaskPlanner is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application that provides task management tools to its users. By accessing or using TaskPlanner, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

TaskPlanner and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of TaskPlanner or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use TaskPlanner only for your personal, non-commercial use.

TaskPlanner and all its contents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TaskPlanner does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaskPlanner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use TaskPlanner, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applicable Law

This Legal Notice and your use of TaskPlanner shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to This Legal Notice

We reserve the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of TaskPlanner after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Legal Notice.
