3. Enter the name of your event, the date and time when it should occur, and any additional details.

Both tasks and events can be assigned to specific people, as well as given due dates and reminders. To assign a task or event to someone:


1. Click on the task or event you want to assign.

2. Click on the "Edit" button.

3. Click on the "Add people" button.

4. Enter the email address of the person you want to assign the task or event to.

5. Click on the "Save" button.


To set a due date or reminder for a task or event:
